JEE Main and Advanced is widely regarded as one of the most challenging entrance tests available. JEE’s syllabus includes 11-12 concepts as well as issues of greater difficulty. The questions are all multiple-choice questions. It is an exam that is held in order to enable students from all around India with the opportunity to enrol at an IIT.
Thousands of students apply from all around India for this entrance exam, but only about 10,000 students are selected to attend IITs. Half of the students are initially weeded out in the first round, which is JEE Main. The remaining candidates appear for JEE Advanced, and 70–80% of them are sifted out to choose students.
To pass these tests, you must have a thorough understanding of the subjects, as well as the ability to read questions correctly and discover the correct answer in the allotted time.
IIT-JEE and STD XII, on the other hand, have very different assessment patterns. IIT-JEE assesses a student’s intellectual comprehension as well as his or her ability. The STD XII Exam, on the other hand, is a subjective exam that emphasises not just topic understanding but also paper writing and presentation skills.
Negative marking will be used in the entrance exam, giving all competing students an equal chance. For each incorrect response, a mark will be subtracted.
