COURSE INFORMATION

JEE Main and advanced is considered to be one of the most difficult entrance exams among all.The syllabus of JEE comprises of 11-12 along with topics of higher difficulity level. The questions are of the MCQ type . It is an exam conducted in order to provide the students all over India with an opportunity to get themselves enrolled in IIT.
All over India, lakhs  and crores of students appear for this entrance exam, but roughly around 10,000 students are selected to get themselves into IITs . Initially half of the students are filtered out in the first round itself, which is JEE Main. The remaining crowd then appears for JEE Advanced and then 70 – 80% are then filtered out to select students for IIT.
Clearing these exams requires in-depth knowledge of the subjects as well as proper interpretation of the question and finding of the correct answer in the given time.
However, the testing patterns of IIT-JEE and STD XII differ considerably. IIT-JEE checks the conceptual understanding along with the aptitude of the student. On the other hand, the STD XII Exam is a subjective exam which lay emphasis not only on understanding of the subject but also on paper writing and presentation skills.
The entrance exam will also provide all the competing students  a fair chance as negative marking is also there, where a mark will be deducted for each of your wrong answers.

JEE MAIN SYLLABUS
The JEE mains comprises of three papers that are paper 1,paper 2 and paper 3.
Paper 1 is for admission to B.tech or B.E.
Those students who  are preparing for engineering should opt for paper1. Paper 1 comprises of three parts that has the topics that are studied in 10th to 12th

Part 1 : Mathematics
Part 2: Physics.
Part 3: Chemistry

The number of attempts for the candidates to appear for JEE mains is three consecutive years.

JEE ADVANCED
The candidates have to compulsorily attempt both the papers i.e. paper 1 and paper 2 .The pattern for the JEE advanced keep on changing every year, for that the candidate has to refer the previous paper. For many of the questions there are possibility of having more than one correct answer. In that case, to obtain the full marks the candidate has to choose all the correct answer. If some of the correct answers are selected then candidate will get the partial marks and when no answer is selected then the marks assigned will be zero.
The number of attempts for the candidate to appear for JEE advanced is two consecutive years.

The syllabus for the Mains and Advanced are different that means there are some topics that are not covered in mains but are there in advanced and vice versa.,
